  1. By airplane: the international airport of Valencia (VLC) is in the town of Manises (8 kilometers west of Valencia). Flights from the main cities of Spain and Europe land there. More information here. From the airport you can take the metro, a taxi or a bus.
    • Metro. You can take lines 3 or 5 to reach the city center (near 24 minutes). Ticket type: ZONA AB, price 1.80 €. If you are planning to use the metro during your stay in Valencia, you may be interested in buying a Bonometro "ZONA A" (10 journey tickets, price 6.10€). Note that "ZONA A" does not include the travel from/to the airport (ZONA AB).
    • Taxi. You can take a taxi from the airport to your hotel. It takes around 25 minutes and costs 18-20 €.
    • Bus. (Metrobus, line 150) Outside the airport you can take a bus to the city. It travels through Quart de Poblet and Mislata and finally reaches Valencia. The journey takes near 50 minutes and costs 1.10€.
  2. By train: the Valencia railway station, called 'Estación del Norte', is located in the city center. The Spanish railway company Renfe provides connections with most cities in Spain and some European cities. Click here for timetables and prices or buy the tickets here.
